Website information
Website terms.
Public research and sample work help you understand our approach. A custom engagement begins with a separate agreement, not a website transaction.
Last updated: September 27, 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of compelle.com. The public site provides information about Compelle’s white-glove analysis service, sample work, research and educational content. By using the site, you agree to these website terms.
Custom engagements are arranged directly. Scope, deliverables, fees, timing and any confidentiality, payment or cancellation terms are agreed for each engagement. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or authorize a charge.
These website terms do not replace a separate agreement or change obligations that have already arisen under one.
2. Reading and sharing our work
Website content is protected by copyright and other applicable rights. Except where a specific item carries a different license or applicable law permits otherwise, you may read our content for personal, non-commercial educational use, share links and quote brief excerpts of fewer than 200 words with clear attribution and a link to the source.
Without prior written permission, you may not republish substantial portions, sell or sublicense the content, systematically extract it, use it to train machine-learning models, remove ownership notices or represent it as your own. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights.
Nothing here grants a right to use Compelle’s name or logo to imply an endorsement. Contact us about permission for other uses or a copyright concern.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code or impersonate another person or organization.
4. Interpreting samples and research
AI-generated arguments may contain mistakes, unsupported claims or invented citations. Debate positions are assigned for analysis; they are not necessarily the views of Compelle or any person named in the material. A model-generated verdict is an evaluation of an argument, not an independently established fact.
Historical research results describe the experiments reported. They do not establish customer outcomes or guarantee performance in a new setting. Public content is informational and is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Verify important claims and seek appropriate professional advice before relying on them.
5. Website availability and limitations
The public website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, Compelle disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or that every item is accurate, complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Compelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the public website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A custom engagement’s terms are set out in its separate agreement.
6. External links and privacy
External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and Compelle does not control third-party content.
See our privacy notice for information about browsing this site and using the contact form.
7. Updates
We may update these website terms; the date above identifies the current version. Engagement-specific questions and terms are handled through the agreed private correspondence channel.
